As a Bolt, you will be representing the club at events or anytime you wear our gear. You must conduct yourself in a manner that embraces the values of good sportsmanship.As an adult of the program, we are expected to lead by example and demonstrate self-control, respect, and fairness to those on the team and those on competing teams.To create a safe and efficient environment, we ask that all runners and adults pledge the following.
I will treat all teammates, coaches, competitors, officials, or any other attendees with respect.
I will walk with pride, talk with class, and be the best human I can be when wearing Bolt gear.
I will support and encourage all my teammates.
I will not engage in any unsportsmanlike behavior.
I will not engage in any behavior that will endanger the health, safety, or well-being of any teammate, coach, competitor, or official at practices, races, or other team events.
I will not engage in the use of profanity at practices, races, or other team events.
I will be prompt (5 minutes early) for each practice.
I will cheer for our teammates, not against our opponents.

Verbal warning issued by the coach.
Removal from the practice, event, or team function.
Suspension from the team.
