Tomatoes

Green leafy vegetables
Green leafy vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, Swiss chard, kale, Brussels sprouts, and asparagus are filled with Vitamin E; a natural antioxidant
Nuts
Walnuts, almonds pistachios, flaxseed, chia seeds are high in alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), a type of anti-inflammatory omega-3 fatty acid, and rich in magnesium, l-arginine, and vitamin E
Fatty fish
salmon, mackerel, tuna, and sardines. Fatty fish have omega-6 fatty acids which have been shown to fight inflammation.
